What's the difference between a lead, a handshake appointment and a live transfer?
A qualified lead is a homeowner who came through our Meta ad and long qualification form, verified and sent to you instantly for your team to follow up. A handshake appointment is an in-person meeting already set with the homeowner. A live transfer is a homeowner connected to your team on a live phone call.
What counts as a qualified lead?
The homeowner or decision maker, inside your zip codes, with a phone number verified by one-time passcode, who asked for an inspection, repair or replacement on a timeline you agreed to, and knows you're calling. What if a homeowner doesn't show, or a lead doesn't qualify?
If a homeowner doesn't show for a handshake appointment, it's replaced or refunded within the 40-day delivery window. Everything up to the in-home meeting is timestamped, recorded and transcribed, so disputing takes 2 clicks: move the lead to the Disqualified or No-Show stage.
